Does the DOJ/FBI background check find warrants from any other state than the one you are in?

I need to get a DOJ/FBI check done for a job, i know the 2 things (1 expunged and 1 current) I have on my record here in California will show up, but what if I have warrants in another state, will those pop up. I had a DOJ/FBI done for another job 2 months back and I got approved for the job, so I'm not sure if the warrants popped up or not.
