Why do republicans like to twist their words and situations around?

I'm going to answer like a republican by not actually answering any thing but instead dancing around the question. My words will twist and turn but in the end nothing has been answered. I have answered many questions in the past which makes me an expert at answering questions. If you doubt my ability to non answer your question just take a look at my track record. I have answered hundreds of questions and have come up empty every time. But I see my answer cup as being half empty except on the week end when it's usually half full of beer. You can just call me Joe half full six pack on the weekends. If that doesn't answer your question I bet someone will. Good luck and God bless.
