You take the time to apply for a job,or contact places asking if they are looking for staff. Why then do they not have the common decency to get back to you either if you have been unsuccessful or they arent currently recruiting? Its bad manners!! It takes a few mins to call someone,or to send an email.....also,it makes you less likely to apply to that company again. Is it really to much to ask that you get feedback from a firm?
