Does my friend have feelings for me?

ok so he is one of my best guy friends and everyone is always asking me if we are together (we're not) anyway we met at the beginning of this year when my whole school found out that i was wiccan and he stuck up for me and stuff and has been my friend ever sence. i know he really really likes this one girl and he is very shy. I see him at least once a day and he always greets me by saying hey it's my wiccan and i always say hey it's my satinist and we hug and talk. whenever we are walking he will put his arm around my shoulders and says that i am the "perfect arm rest hight" (yea usually i pinch him for that) but ever sence last time he called my house and my mom heard us talking about lumberjacks for an hour and a half she thinks he likes me HELP (oh and don't even ask about the lumber jack thing we're just weird like that)
