My boss keeps picking on me!!?

that's normal. ALL working environment will have office conflict and people are different from the way they work to the way they act everyday. People are not the same everyday. You shouldn't take anything personal and so sensitive. give it time and just do your work and do it best don't let anything bother you. Good luck and hope things will be better.
