Medical for austraila immigration...help?

As far as i know i have no ailments, however, when i was in uni i went through a bit of a period of anxiety and depression, they put me on pills for that. i took it for about 3 months then stopped. Does that effect my medical or not? Cause i notice on the form they ask if you have ever had anxiety or depression.
