Is Shibashi Tai Chi a good activity to help with type 2 diabetes?

Any form of activity is good for type 2 diabetes, my friend, and it MAY well have a direct bearing on your blood sugar (glucose) levels. Exercise helps your body to utilise [utilize, if you're one of my American cousins] glucose that's present in your bloodstream to be converted into energy. Exercise also aids in reducing insulin resistance.
