Program to financially ist me because I cannot work now that terminally ill mother lives with me?

I cannot work because I have taken my terminally ill mother into my home caring for her myself, and she needs 24 hour care. She was only expected to live 2 weeks when she came to live with me on hospice care. She has since moved onto medicare, and medicaid and public aid. I have been unable to work, since she is still in need of constant care. She has emphysema, congestive heart failure, pulmonary hypertension and is constantly in and out of the hospital. Her doctors are in awe of her survival this long, and attribute it to her care I give her. I won't put her in a nursing home. She has a quality life with me and wants to live
