Are there any accessible m rocks (Carraig an Aifrinn) in Galway or Dublin?

I'm traveling to Ireland next week and would like to visit a m rock while I'm there. Are there any in or near Galway and Dublin, and how would I get there? (walkable? bus? train?) Alternatively, are there any museums or libraries in the area with information on the Penal Codes, specifically m rocks? (and really specifically, the veils often worn by priests to protect their identity)
