Do I have a good chance of making SFC this year?

Hello I am a SSG and I have been in the Army for 10 years. this year is my 3rd look for E-7. I do not know what else I can possibly do. I was inducted into the Sergeant Audie Murphy club, i got NCO of the year for my Battalion and also runner-up for the Brigade. I have been an army recruiter for the last 2 years and I have been the top recruiter for both of those years. I also have 57 college credit hours and my NCOER's are excellent. I would just like a little professional advice on if you think i am competitive with my peers. Does any one have the unofficial list?
