Your desired shift would be 2nd shift. Then you would put you were a walk-in for how you were referred to the franchise. You don't want to put ASAP for the date your available to start you want to put tomorrow date like 01/28/2010. And for the dressing. Just dress nice not too over dressed but just some good pants and a shirt. You can wear your earrings just don't wear anything to gaudy or anything that would make them stare at what you have on your body. Tone it down some. You got this! Good luck.
