How do I get fit and lose weight if I can't go outside?

Just to be clear, I can't go outside because there's a man aulting women going around and my mom won't let me leave the house; it's just not safe. I need to get rid of my little muffin top before school starts (the 18th this month) and I need to just get rid of weight in general. If I could go outside, I would jog 2 miles everyday or bike 2 miles everyday, but I can't. I don't have access to any exercise machine, and I don't have any weights (my sister does but she uses them everyday and keeps a good watch after them). I need some good exercises that I can do everyday every week. I can still do it during school, it doesn't have to be all before. I can ask about walking or biking if i tell her that I have a pocket knife on me. I'm eating 1 serving of Cheerios with no sugar or anything or multi-grain Cheerios with nothing on it, half of a turkey sandwich on whole grain/wheat with noting but a little ketchup, and I eat small portions of what my mom makes for dinner (she cooks very healthily). Right now we're having spaghetti with sauce or shepard's pie or boneless skinnless chicken with fresh Jersey corn. Anyway, I need exercises and tips to help me lose the weight and the muffin top.
