How do I stop letting this former bully's words get to me? Was he right about me being ugly?

don't let some idiot get to you. your self-esteem is probably low but just remember you will encounter people like this your whole life and the best you can do is shrug it off. I mean think of your most favorite celebrity and imagine if they thought all the time of what people said of them. just be yourself and forget about unimportant things because everything you do has consequences and this guy will pay for what he did to you. one way or the other.
