Is AMD a good stock to buy now? Its only at 7 dollars!?

I mean, if you think about it, how much lower can it go? Its so cheap right now, if it gets bought it then wont the stock go back up? Isnt there speculation that a huge (like samsung) asian company will buy out this company? If thats the case, the stock should skyrocket. I say its time to buy and hold on. Its AMD for crying outloud, should be worthwhile in my opinion.
