Need help please!!!!!!!!!!?

Right I have a small bit of skin contecting from the head of my to my forskin and it means I can't pull my forskin back over my head when my is erect, I have reyes cutting through it but it just started bleeding and was incredily sore. What should I do? Do I need to get it remozed to have , I am totally confused :( any help is welcome also if you can send me link of were you got the information from and a picture to see if that is what I really have. Thankz I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT THE FRELUM (no idea how to spell it)
