Silver for Silver certificate Notes?

I have two old one dollar silver certificate notes in U.S currency from the 1930`s. On the bottom of the note, it states "In Silver payable to the bearer on demand". So my question is can I get silver in exchange of my two notes today? If yes than where do i go to get this silver, and will they give me silver in exchange for today`s silver price or the silver price of the 19301s?
