Why is this happening?

Recently I have been have random stomach pain, headaches, & dihharea. But this morning was very odd. I was in the shower when all of a sudden I had a blackout. Then it went all blue and very dark. I felt very dizzy so I called my mom upstairs. She took my temp it was 95o (if that makes a difference..) and then I felt like I was gonna puke. The sound around me sounded muffled. So I went back to sleep and went to school late and felt fine, only a little queasy but it went away. I am 13 and I have no clue what's going on.. Anyone know? Thanks :)<3
