Should i go to work tomarrow?

I got sent home from work for being sick ( my father is my boss kinda.. ) The situation is i'm hired through a contractor and contracted to the US government, my father is a FSG at the FMS i work at. So he's basically my boss. Since my contractor boss is in a different state all together he's the one who have immediate control over my job futures. Any way i got sent home for being sick and my father is going to pay me for the day i got sent home without me burning leave. Tomarrow Wednsday i was told to call him in the morning and let him know if i'm going to work or not, of course i'm not fully over my illness but at the same time it's very slight now.. a simple caugh and stuffy nose.. and slight vocal problem. But i can still perform my duties. But i do have the choice i could stay home and fully recover he will again give me leave with pay without burning sick leave. But at the same time i don't want it to seem as if i'm trying to take advantage and i don't need any of my co-workers believing i'm getting special treatment as i do not. Actually i think i have it worse since he's allwys griping at me lol The thing about this weak is I have Thursday Friday Saterday Sunday and Monday all off Thursday is a payed holiday, and i usually only work 4 days a week. So if i go back it will be 1 day then i'm off for a long time, or i can call in sick and just have a 7 day weekend and get well what should i do 0.o
